• Improve the health sector's ability to deliver culturally and linguistically competent services
  
  
• Improve patient clinical outcomes due to improvements in provider competency, e.g. increase adherence with provider advice and treatment plans
  
  
• Improve health employers perception of ITHPs: paradigm shift showing that immigrants are assests for health employers
  
  
• Disseminate the WB model to other areas to increase number of culturally and linguistically competent providers for underserved community elsewhere
